Job summary

Charles Tyrwhitt in Oxford is seeking a Supervisor to lead a sales team, drive targets and provide exceptional customer service. You will train colleagues, manage stock and store operations, and ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines.

The role is a 40-hour contract with flexibility across weekdays, weekends and bank holidays. You will champion product knowledge and contribute to a positive, high-performing store culture.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail position at Supervisor or Key Holder level is essential.
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service is essential.
• Experience in managing stock, operations and visual merchandising is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to consistently prioritise customer service while achieving excellent sales results.
• Experience with coaching and training individual KPI performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to exceed targets and deliver first-class customer service.
• Coach and train staff, using training tools to maximise performance.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations, compliance and admin tasks.
• Act as expert on CT product and selling techniques to drive results.
• Adhere to Health & Safety guidelines and security processes.
