The Job

  • Starting your day with a coffee and team updates
  • Providing excellent customer service to help buy or sell homes
  • Assisting with presenting and negotiating offers, and managing sales progress
  • Identifying new leads and generating business
  • Prospecting for new properties, arranging viewings, and booking appointments for additional services
  • Balancing office work with out-and-about viewings

  • Full driving license and own car

The Package

  • Basic Salary: £22,000 (additional guaranteed earnings for first 4 months)
  • Work Pattern: 5 days per week including some Saturdays; alternate weekends; Monday – Friday 08.30 – 17.30, Saturday 09.00
  • Additional Benefits: 33 days paid holiday (including your birthday), holiday commission, pension, life insurance, rewards and incentives, structured career path, sponsorship of EA qualifications, Employee Assistance Scheme, charitable event support.
