Job Description

We are searching for a dynamic, motivated individual with sales and sponsorship experience to lead our sponsorship/brand partnership division within the advertising & sponsorship department.

This role involves creating and selling sponsorship rights opportunities and digital activation solutions, primarily focusing on sports betting operators.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and expand Sportradar’s sponsorship business, especially in the sports betting sector.
  2. Contribute to growth strategies targeting sports-related brands in adjacent markets.
  3. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing and renewal.
  4. Maintain and grow relationships with global sports rights-holders, including clubs, teams, leagues, and federations.
  5. Introduce and sell Sportradar’s technology for digital activation of new partnerships.
  6. Support internal strategies for sponsorship and ad monetization.
  7. Track and analyze industry trends in sponsorship and advertising.
  8. Represent the company at international conferences and events.
  9. Manage sales pipeline using CRM systems such as Salesforce.
Profile
  1. Proven senior sponsorship sales experience, including seven-figure deals.
  2. Experience advising clients on sponsorship sales and activation strategies.
  3. Understanding of the global sports betting and gaming landscape, especially in EMEA.
  4. Strong network with sports rights-holders.
  5. Excellent networking and interpersonal skills.
  6. Organizational skills to handle a broad sales pipeline.
  7. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  8. Passion for sports and willingness to travel.
