Seniority Level: Senior (8–15 years experience)

Are you a proven B2B sales professional used to navigating long, complex sales cycles and building trusted client relationships at senior levels?

Do you thrive in project based environments where every deal is bespoke, strategic, and high value?

We’re looking for an ambitious and commercially astute Senior Sales Executive to join a forward thinking specialist subcontractor based in London. You’ll take the lead in converting warm, qualified opportunities from our Business Development team into successful project wins.

What You’ll Do:

  • Take ownership of high value opportunities from initial handover to deal close
  • Build and nurture long term relationships with clients, consultants, and main contractors
  • Shape and execute tailored sales strategies that align with project goals and client expectations
  • Represent the business during tender meetings, post-bid interviews, and strategic negotiations
  • Collaborate with internal teams across Pre-Construction, BD, and Operations
  • Drive pipeline growth and secure profitable project wins

What You’ll Need:

  • 8–15 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in construction, facades, or complex project based environments
  • A track record of closing large deals involving multiple stakeholders over long sales cycles
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to influence at all levels
  • Confidence in handling tenders, sales strategy, and bid/no-bid decision making
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and a structured, data-informed sales approach
  • A proactive mindset - you’re driven by success, not dependent on leadership to make it happen
