With strong market traction and expanding demand, they are now hiring a Senior Sales Director to take the lead on strategic client acquisition and growth.

? The Opportunity

This is a senior-level individual contributor role where you’ll:

• Spearhead new business development into FTSE 350 firms, banks, insurers, and large institutions
• Sell complex, consultative LMS solutions tailored to client needs in L&D, compliance, and talent development
• Navigate enterprise sales cycles and influence multiple stakeholders across HR, IT, and leadership functions
• Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and marketing teams to deliver compelling client engagements
• Represent the brand with authority in the UK and European learning tech landscape

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, preferably within LMS, EdTech, or HRTech
• A strong network and proven success selling into large corporates, financial services, or regulated industries
• Ability to manage complex deals from prospecting to close, often with multi-country scope
• A driven, consultative sales style that balances strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Based in London and comfortable with regional travel
