Job summary

OLIVER Agency in London seeks a Sales Director to lead and grow a high‑performing sales team across complex, consultative B2B engagements. You will coach executives, drive strategic deals, and shape the client acquisition funnel with marketing alignment.

You will own targets, manage performance, and leverage AI and CRM tools to forecast, report, and optimize revenue growth within our London footprint.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding personal sales targets in B2B environments.
• Experience coaching and developing sales teams to targets and growth.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, KPI tracking, and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of sales executives to meet individual and team targets.
• Oversee training on sales stories, BD process, RFPs, and design standards.
• Monitor team performance weekly and adjust strategy to protect/recover revenue.
• Collaborate with Marketing on ABM and lead generation to maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Report on KPIs (calls, meetings, pipeline, RFPs, deals won) and take corrective actions.
