Job Title: Senior Sales Consultant

Location: Halstead

Salary: OTE £36,442 - £38,812

Hours: Mon - Fri 08:45 - 17:30, Alternate Sat 09:00 - 13:00

Due to an internal promotion, a unique and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Sales Consultant / Valuer with estate agency experience in this high-volume, profitable sales office.

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Sales Consultant will focus on growing the property register by winning instructions and assisting the Branch Manager in maximizing branch profit. Building rapport with clients to deliver a first-class experience is essential. You will be part of a motivated, target-driven team.

Key Duties include:

  • Identifying and maximizing business opportunities
  • Advertising properties, booking viewings, and registering applicants
  • Providing exceptional customer service both over the phone and face-to-face
  • Achieving personal and branch sales targets
  • Networking within the local community to generate new business
  • Communicating effectively between clients and vendors
  • Building internal and external relationships
  • Preparing accurate property details and data entry
  • Managing the sale process from viewing to closure
  • Supporting branch management with ad hoc tasks

Skills required:

  • At least 2 years' experience in residential sales with a proven track record
