Location: Royston, Hertfordshire, England

£30k - 50k per year + Basic + OTE

Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for an experienced Property Consultant / Valuer to join a successful and long-standing estate agency based in the Royston area.

Responsibilities:

• Primarily based in Royston, the successful candidate will have proven estate agency experience as a valuer, winning instructions, and ideally be NAEA qualified.
• Provide excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a smart appearance.
• Utilize competent IT skills and thrive in a busy team environment.
• Must have a full driving license and own car with business insurance.

Working Hours & Benefits:

• 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, and every 2nd Saturday 9am to 4pm, with a day off in lieu when working a Saturday.
• Basic salary of £30,000 per annum plus On Target Earnings of £45,000 to £50,000 per annum (shared commission on all branch income).
• 40p per mile for mileage during working days.
