Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in sports or fashion retail
• Must be flexible to work retail hours including evenings and weekends
• Strong selling skills and product knowledge required
• Proactive, confident and customer-focused on the shop floor

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and KPI performance by owning targets and delivering results
• Act as a role model for exceptional customer service and premium brand experience
• Inspire loyalty by delivering expert product knowledge and advanced selling techniques
• Support and guide team members in complex customer situations and service excellence
• Share knowledge and help develop colleagues on product, service, and selling skills
• Identify sales opportunities and support improvements in store performance
• Execute all store operations to a high standard, including replenishment and stock availability
• Ensure visual merchandising and in-store standards are consistently maintained
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Minimize loss and ensure operational excellence across floor and stockroom

• Commercially aware with a strong understanding of KPIs and sales performance
• Calm and solution-oriented in fast-paced or complex customer situations
• Flexible to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and peak trading periods
• Minimum 6 months experience in a sports or fashion retail environment (advanced selling experience required)
