We are delighted to announce that we are recruiting for a Senior Sales Consultant for a leading luxury family owned interiors retailer for their brand new store in Cheltenham.

The retailer has a financially stable and secure history of being family owned and operated and is currently going through a fantastic period of growth, modernisation and refurbishment. With the track record of internal progression, the opportunities will be there for the right candidate to forge a long term career in a stable and secure environment.

The ideal Sales Consultant:

1. Must have experience in face to face furniture retail sales
2. Be extremely personable and able to develop immediate customer rapport
3. Be confident and highly motivated
4. Be someone who is a high achiever with a proven track record of consistent sales performance.

Our client has been a household name for over 100 years and they continue to sell luxury furniture and homewares with around 45% of the same product line as that which you would find on the third floor of Harrods SW1X.

Basic Salary: £25,000 (£22,600 + £2,400 location allowance paid year on year) + individual commission; first year uncapped OTE c£30-£40k
