The Role

We seek a Senior Manager for our Sales Operations team, focusing on supporting our Sales Compensation program. This critical role manages the administration of sales commissions, ensuring accurate and timely payouts, and owns key processes for monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.

You should be a self-starter with meticulous attention to detail, capable of blending quantitative skills with strategic thinking, program management, and effective communication across organizational levels. Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead the team responsible for administering the global monthly commission cycle.
  2. Resolve quota credit and commission inquiries promptly and accurately.
  3. Maintain sales commission software to reflect program changes, new roles, etc.
  4. Develop metrics to monitor inquiry resolutions, SLAs, and error rates.
  5. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and reduce manual efforts.
  6. Ensure protocols validate commission payments and maintain compliance.
Minimum Requirements
  • 5+ years in Sales Compensation, preferably in SaaS/Tech.
  • Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills and independent reliability.
  • Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Problem-solving ability and experience managing complex projects end-to-end.
  • Experience working with dynamic sales teams and interpersonal skills for management interaction.
