Job summary

Dweet in Bicester Village is seeking a luxury retail Store Ambassador to embody the brand and provide a premium store experience. You will welcome clients, build loyalty, and support the sales team to ensure seamless transactions.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in a similar luxury role, possess a first-class service mindset, and maintain an extensive client book of high-value clients. Fluency in English is mandatory, with a second language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming clients and ensuring first-class, personalised customer service throughout their visit.

• Supporting the Sales Team to ensure smooth and successful transactions with clients.
• Assisting both on and off the sales floor.
• Contributing to visual merchandising guidelines and back-of-house duties such as shipping and inventory control.
• Collecting clients' CRM details to nurture the relationship and build a client book, ensuring personalised follow-up.
• Actively developing product knowledge by staying up to date with fashion trends, taking part in in-store training, and keeping informed on all product lines.

As a member of our team, you will embody the brands Store experience and act as a true ambassador of our brand.

Reporting to the Store Management, your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming clients and ensuring first-class, personalised customer service throughout their visit;
• Acting as a genuine Brand Ambassador by building client loyalty and confidence, and maximising profitable sales;
• Supporting the Sales Team to ensure smooth and successful transactions with clients;

You have at least 5 years' experience in a similar role within a strong Luxury House. You are familiar with luxury brand service standards and bring an existing client book of potential high-value clients.

You demonstrate regular attendance and punctuality, and the ability to interact professionally with management and colleagues. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong organisational, multitasking, and prioritisation abilities.

Fluency in English is mandatory. A second language would be a plus.
