As a Senior Sales Associate in their Mayfair flagship boutique, you will be an essential part of the team, with a natural ability to clientele and style, generating significant sales and contributing to the team.

The Role:

• Conducting daily 1:1 appointments with clients
• Building and maintaining relationships with key clients, including VIPs and celebrities
• Demonstrating understanding of styling, tailoring needs, and lookbook curations
• Exceeding sales targets and KPIs, individually and as a team
• Possessing strong product knowledge and understanding of brand campaigns
• Working with other Senior Sales Associates to coach, train, and motivate team members
• Using cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize sales
• Maintaining the luxury image of the boutique environment

About You:

• 3-5 years’ experience in a luxury womenswear brand
• Strong styling and look curation skills

The Package:

• Basic salary of £38,000 per annum
