As a Senior Sales Associate in their Mayfair Flagship boutique, you will be an essential part of the team. You will have a natural ability to build client relationships and style, generating significant sales and contributing to the team’s success.

The Role:

• Conduct daily 1:1 appointments with new and existing clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including VIPs and celebrities
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of styling, tailoring needs, and lookbook curations
• Exceed sales targets and KPIs, both individually and as a team
• Possess strong knowledge of products, collections, and brand campaigns
• Work closely with other Senior Sales Associates to coach, train, and motivate sales staff
• Utilize cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize sales
• Ensure the boutique environment reflects the luxury image of the brand at all times

About You:

• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a luxury womenswear brand
• Strong experience with styling and look curation
• Proven track record of exceeding targets
• Immaculate presentation and polished demeanor
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Deep understanding of luxury sales, current market trends, and industry news
• Warm, personable, and humble personality

The Package:

• Basic salary of £38,000 per annum
• Excellent commission structure and earnings potential
