Job summary

Heron Foods in Mansfield is seeking a Senior Part-Time Sales Assistant to lead the team and help keep the store running smoothly.

You will motivate staff, deliver excellent customer service, manage stock and deliveries, and act as a keyholder when management is not present. This is a permanent, 15-hour per week position with pay up to £13 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Supporting and motivating the team to deliver exceptional results.
• Ensuring high standards of customer service and resolving queries effectively.
• Maintaining an impeccable store presentation with well-stocked and tidy shelves.
• Assisting with stock management and overseeing deliveries.
• Acting as a keyholder and taking responsibility for the store in the absence of management (including store openings and closes).
