Heron Foods is seeking a Senior Part-Time Sales Assistant to lead in-store operations and support the team on the shop floor. You will help manage deliveries, maintain presentation standards, and contribute to a positive, fast-paced environment.

As a keyholder with supervisory responsibilities, you’ll open and close the store as required, deliver excellent customer service, and help the team achieve store goals while upholding Heron Foods values.

Qualifikationen

• Leadership experience in a retail or hospitality setting.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage teams.
• Experience as a keyholder or supervisory responsibilities is advantageous.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Part-Time Sales Assistant, you’ll take on a key leadership role to keep the store running smoothly and successfully. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting and motivating the team to deliver exceptional results.
• Ensuring high standards of customer service and resolving queries effectively.
• Maintaining an impeccable store presentation with well-stocked and tidy shelves.
• Assisting with stock management and overseeing deliveries.
• Acting as a keyholder and taking responsibility for the store in the absence of management (including store openings and closes).
