An established industry player is seeking a Sales Assistant to join their vibrant team in Milton Keynes. The Role
At Charles Tyrwhitt, our purpose is to “Make it easy for men to dress well,” and we can’t do that without our specialist teams.
We are currently looking for a Sales Assistant to work with Sinead and the team in our Milton Keynes store.
This contract is available for 12 hours per week (overtime also available). Candidates must be fully flexible to work on weekends and some weekdays. Please confirm your full availability in your application.
What you will be doing
As a Sales Assistant at CT, you’ll be responsible for generating and maximising sales by consistently offering exceptional customer service. Customer service is very important to us, so you’ll be trained with expert product knowledge to stay up-to-date with the latest product ranges and promotions. You will support and collaborate with your colleagues to improve team efficiency and store success.
You’ll perform stock-related tasks, such as stock checks, replenishment, and processing deliveries. Additionally, you will ensure high standards of visual merchandising and store cleanliness, adhering to VM and Health and Safety guidelines.
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate will have some previous experience in retail or hospitality, focusing on customer service. Experience in stock room operations is beneficial.
High enthusiasm, strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Your ability to build rapport quickly with customers and deliver exceptional service will determine your success in this role.
