The Role
At Charles Tyrwhitt, our purpose is to "Make it easy for men to dress well," and we can't do that without our specialist teams.
We are looking for a Sales Assistant to work with Sinead and the team in our Milton Keynes store. This is a 12-hour per week contract, with overtime available. Candidates must be fully flexible to work on weekends and some weekdays. Please confirm your availability in your application.
What you will be doing
As a Sales Assistant, you'll generate and maximize sales by offering exceptional customer service. You'll be trained with expert product knowledge to stay updated on product ranges and promotions. You'll support your colleagues to enhance team efficiency and store success.
You will perform stock-related tasks, such as stock checks, replenishment, and processing deliveries, while maintaining high visual merchandising and store standards, adhering to VM and Health & Safety guidelines.
What we are looking for
Previous experience in retail or hospitality focusing on customer service is preferred. Operational stock room experience is beneficial. High enthusiasm, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to quickly build rapport with customers are essential.
