A leading company in men's fashion is seeking a Senior Sales Assistant in Marlow. The role involves leading a sales team, driving targets, and ensuring top-notch customer service. This time, we’re looking for a Senior Sales Assistant to work in our store in Marlow.
The available contract is for 16 hours per week. Candidates must be flexible to work on weekdays and weekends.
The main objective of the Senior Sales Assistant is to support and lead the sales team to exceed targets, maximize KPIs, and deliver first-class customer service. You’ll be an expert in CT selling skills, using this to drive store targets through your own sales while coaching and influencing the team. You will manage customer appointments, including wedding party bookings, and ensure an excellent in-store experience. As a senior team member, you will have key-holding responsibilities for opening and closing the store, and will work with management to train and coach Sales Assistants. You will also be one of the top sellers in the store.
Additionally, you will assist with operational, compliance, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily store operations, adhering to company policies, health and safety guidelines, and security procedures.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in retail or hospitality, preferably with some store management exposure. Key holder experience is desirable. The most important qualities are a passion for customer service, selling, and the ability to maintain this focus while achieving sales targets.
