Job summary

Zachary Daniels in Inverness is recruiting for a Senior Sales Assistant / Supervisor for a part-time role (16 hours across 2 days). Must be able to drive and enjoy delivering excellent customer service in an outdoor and sports brand setting.

You will support the Store Manager, drive sales, handle stock and merchandising, open/close, and lead by example on the shop floor while coaching colleagues to create a welcoming customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service.
• Senior Sales Assistant, Key Holder or Supervisor experience is beneficial.
• Confident, friendly and customer‑focused.
• Must be able to drive.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming store environment.
• Support the Store Manager with day‑to‑day store operations.
• Take responsibility for store and team when required.
• Drive sales and support the team to achieve targets.
• Open and close the store when required.
• Maintain high standards of merchandising, stock and store presentation.
• Receive deliveries and support stock control and replenishment.
• Lead by example on the shop floor.
• Support and coach colleagues as needed.

We're recruiting for a Senior Sales Assistant / Supervisor to join a successful outdoor and sports brand. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands‑on in store, delivering excellent customer service and taking responsibility on shift.

You don't necessarily need to be an experienced Supervisor. If you're a strong Senior Sales Assistant or experienced Sales Assistant ready to take the next step, we'd love to hear from you.

• Commercially aware with a focus on delivering great customer service
• Reliable and flexible, with availability across 2 days per week
• Must be able to drive
