Due to the continued success and expansion of our business, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Sales Assistant at Halesowen Branch

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Sales Assistant to support trade and retail customers at our busy builder's merchant. You'll handle sales, provide product advice, assist with stock, and help lead the team day-to-day.

Responsibilities
• Serve customers at the trade counter, by phone, and email
• Advise on building materials and products
• Process sales, quotes, and returns
• Help manage stock levels and displays
• Support opening/closing and cash handling
• Mentor junior staff
• Assist with achieving branch sales targets
• Deal with customer issues professionally

Specifics

• Experience in a builder merchants or similar role
• Good knowledge of building products
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Confident with sales/order systems

The Hours

Week:1 Monday to Friday 07:00 -16:00

Week:2 Monday to Friday 07:00 -16:00 Saturday 07:00 - 11:00
