Job summary

PAIGE is seeking a Senior Sales Assistant to join the Womenswear Team in Selfridges - London. You will be available across the full week, including weekends, and ideally work across all shifts.

You will act as a brand ambassador, driving sales while delivering exceptional customer service. As a Senior Sales Associate, you’ll maintain and grow sales in our partner’s retail stores, build strong relationships with returning customers, and collaborate with store leadership to uphold the brand ethos.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience or relevant customer-related experience.
• Knowledge of the fashion market, preferably denim.
• Excellent fashion and retail operations knowledge.
• Proven track record in achieving sales results.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are looking for a Senior Sales Assistant to join our Womenswear Team, located in Selfridges - London. You will have availability across the full week, including weekdays and weekends and ideally be able to work across all shifts.

As a Senior Sales Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing sales in our partner’s retail stores by keeping a strong and detailed approach on the wants and needs of the business. You will act as a brand ambassador, be a strong team player and seller.

Responsibilities:

• Driven towards set sales targets for week and month.
• Stock management including stock takes, deliveries, visual merchandising and replenishment.
• Clienteling, building strong relationships with returning customers to drive sales.
• Driving sell throughs on slow sellers.
• Reinforcing the expectation of superior customer service as the top priority for all colleagues.
• Strong communication skills and motivational support between all levels of the business and the retail team to ensure complete understanding of brand ethos and drivers.
• Working with the Department Store Managers and PAIGE Leadership.

Required Qualifications/Primary Job Requirements:

• Previous retail experience or relevant customer related experience (i.e. hospitality, etc.) & knowledge of the fashion market, preferably denim.
• Excellent fashion & retail operations knowledge
• Proven track record in achieving sales results.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, customer service skills and the ability to prioritise while handling multiple tasks
• Ability to work with a diverse client base.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and willing to adapt.
