We are seeking a dynamic, outgoing Senior Sales and Events Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will focus on driving the growth of our catering division.
This is a hands-on sales role, working closely alongside the existing team and reporting directly to the Head of Operations
Key Responsibilities:
•Generate new business leads for the catering division, targeting both corporate and private clients.
•Attend events, networking opportunities, and client meetings to promote and represent both catering and restaurant services.
•Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through proactive outreach and relationship building.
•Work collaboratively with the team to execute agreed sales strategies and meet revenue targets.
•Deliver regular reports and updates to the Operations Manager on performance and pipeline activity.
Candidate Profile:
•Passionate, bubbly and engaging – a true positive "superstar" who thrives in social environments.
•Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within hospitality, catering, or events sectors.
•Demonstrated ability to independently generate leads and close sales.
•Strong sales & organizational skills with a disciplined approach to CRM and follow-ups.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional yet personable manner.
•A proactive self-starter with the confidence to build a new client base while integrating into an existing team.
