We’re looking for a chef who thrives during busy Saturday night services and is eager to grow. If you've led a team in a busy kitchen and are ready to take on multi-site responsibilities, this could be your next big move.
As Executive Chef, you'll be hands-on, coaching kitchen teams, driving standards, innovating the menu, and playing a key part in launching new locations and delivery kitchens.
What You'll Be DoingLeading kitchen operations across multiple London sites
Mentoring and motivating chefs to deliver consistently top-tier food
Overseeing quality, systems, and back-of-house performance
Innovating on menu and delivery strategies (think: smokers running full throttle)
Supporting new kitchen launches and operational rollouts
What We're Looking ForProven leadership in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Strong kitchen discipline and coaching ability
Passion for BBQ and smoked meats (this is a must!)
Solid food safety knowledge (Level 3 or higher preferred)
Bonus points for QSR/high-volume/delivery model experience
