Job summary

Bellway Homes is seeking a Senior Sales Advisor for the Northern Home Counties Division to lead sales on a development site and support Sales Advisors. You will drive targets, progress reservations through to exchange, and ensure exceptional customer service.

You will mentor new Advisors, use CRM effectively, and liaise with solicitors and financial advisors to secure timely completions. A full UK driving licence and ability to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in housebuilding or property sales preferred.
• Strong customer service and sales orientation.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to travel to divisional offices as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day sales on development and support Sales Advisors.
• Achieve sales targets and progress reservations through to completion.
• Train, coach and mentor Sales Advisors and induction of new staff.
• Utilize CRM system and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with solicitors and financial advisors for contracts.
• Ensure site appearance meets Bellway standard and health policy.
