Job summary

Jewson in Northampton is seeking a Senior Sales Advisor with a passion for great service. You will develop relationships with customers, process orders, schedule deliveries and drive sales growth through upselling and proactive product advice.

Ideal candidates have deep building materials knowledge, a proven sales track record and strong communication skills. The role offers a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Get to know our product lines to maximise customer interactions.
• Develop relationships with new and existing customers face-to-face and over the phone.
• Analyse local market to support plans for sales growth.
• Use in-house systems to process orders, organise delivery times, and keep customers updated throughout their journey.
• Maximise customer interactions to support achievement of sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Get to know our suppliers and continuously improve product knowledge.
