Job Description:

What we’re looking for:

• Experience of working in a SE / AEA Supervisory role
• Recent practical experience and expertise as a survival equipment technician (SE tech)
• Previous experience as an SE tech within an Aircrew Equipment Assembly (AEA) / Survival Equipment maintenance bay
• Ability to complete sizing for AEA, including above and below neck, and familiarity with instructing aircrew in functional fit exercises

Qualifications:

• Recognised RAF Survival Equipment Course (or civilian equivalent)
• Recognised Q-SE-AC or AvMedSE qualification
• Recognised Human Factors training
