ElevenLabs is hiring a senior software engineer focused on safety systems and production infrastructure. You will design scalable moderation, deploy ML models, and own critical backend services across our AI safety platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience building and operating production systems.
• Strong backend engineering experience, including designing APIs, working with databases, and building scalable services.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with modern backend frameworks.
• Experience building and maintaining distributed systems and cloud-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Build safety systems and scalable moderation for ElevenLabs’ products.
• Respond to emerging threats with Investigations team.
• Own production infrastructure and internal safety services.
• Deploy and integrate ML models into production safety systems.
• Build backend services, APIs, and internal tools for safety operations.
• Collaborate with Product, Legal, and Safety Policy to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
