Job summary

Arcus Search in London is seeking experienced Software Engineers to join a technology-led investment firm building core engineering systems in Rust. This hands-on role focuses on performance, scale and reliability, with ownership from design through to production.

You'll work on distributed systems, concurrency and latency, tackling production load in Linux environments, as part of a team of strong engineers solving genuinely difficult problems.

Qualifications

• Experience building high-performance distributed systems.
• Proficiency in Rust or similar low-level languages.
• Strong understanding of concurrency and multithreading.

Responsibilities

• Build high-performance distributed systems in Rust.
• Develop core infrastructure used by engineering teams across the business.
