Job summary

Rust Stack in London, UK is seeking a Rust Systems Engineer to build ultra low latency blockchain infrastructure on-site. Visa sponsorship available.

You’ll optimise systems processing tens of thousands of transactions per block, work on microsecond latency components, profile and iterate end-to-end, and ship code that directly impacts production performance and P&L, with equity and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Strong systems programming in Rust or C/C++ with willingness to switch.
• Deep understanding of concurrency and lock-free structures.
• Knowledge of CPU cache, memory layout and branch prediction.
• Experience profiling and optimising performance critical systems.
• Comfortable owning systems end-to-end.

• Optimise systems processing tens of thousands of transactions per block

• Profile, optimise, deploy and iterate
• Ship code that directly impacts production performance and P&L

Requirements

• Strong systems programming in Rust or C/C++ with willingness to switch

• Comfortable owning systems end-to-end
