Regional Recruitment in London is seeking a talented Rust Engineer to join a fast-growing AI company building high-performance backend services and scalable data systems. You will design and maintain backend services in Rust and collaborate with AI/ML engineers to deploy models in production.

You will work in a hybrid setup from the London office, contributing to architecture decisions, improving performance and reliability, and delivering cutting-edge AI technology to customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Commercial experience developing software in Rust.
• Experience building backend services and APIs.
• Exposure to AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
• Open-source contributions.
• Knowledge of Python and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with vector databases, LLMs or MLOps tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Rust.
• Build scalable, reliable, and high-performance distributed systems.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to deploy and optimise AI models in production.
