Job summary

Beach Baker Property Recruitment is recruiting a Senior Rural Surveyor for our Northamptonshire office. The role involves delivering professional rural surveying services, valuing property, and advising landowners to maximise land value.

You will manage a workload, build client relationships, and contribute to financial performance. The successful candidate will be MRICS qualified (Registered Valuer preferred) with strong land, property, and agriculture knowledge, and must hold a full UK driving

Qualifications

• IT proficient for daily tasks and client communication.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional rural surveying services for landowners and clients.
• Advise on strategies to maximise land value and option/promotion agreements.
• Provide guidance on tenancy matters for landlords and tenants.
• Undertake valuations of rural, residential, and commercial property.
• Assist with property sales and lettings and manage compensation claims, grants, subsidies, and joint ventures.
