Qualifications

• Post-qualification hospital pharmacy experience.
• Experience in Older People, Medicine and Acute Admissions.
• Ability to train Pre-reg Pharmacists and junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead pharmacists in delivering a high-quality clinical pharmacy service.
• Provide expert pharmaceutical advice and ensure medicines safety and compliance.
• Participate in clinical audit and practice research.
• Train pharmacy staff and other healthcare colleagues.
• Act as an independent prescriber and support deprescribing initiatives.
