Job summary

Staff Match in the United Kingdom is seeking a Room Leader to lead by example in our childcare setting. You will ensure high standards of care and education, support staff, and work within EYFS guidelines while promoting equal opportunities indoors and outdoors.

The role involves key worker duties, maintaining learning journals and nursery documentation, building positive relationships with parents, and participating in policy adherence, meetings and training.

Qualifications

• NVQ level 3 Childcare qualification.
• Experience of working in a childcare setting.
• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (Desirable).
• Paediatric First Aid (Desirable).
