Job summary

ASOS seeks a Senior Risk Analyst to support Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Insurance, and Risk Management across the Group. You’ll work within the Internal Audit & Risk team to develop and operate BCDR, ensure the Group Insurance programme, and contribute to assurance activities across multiple disciplines.

The role blends operational delivery, stakeholder engagement and analytical support, collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen resilience and controls across ASOS.

Qualifications

• Experience in risk, assurance, internal audit, or related fields.
• Understanding of risk management and internal controls.
• Experience with data analytics and dashboards.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently in a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Help maintain the BCDR framework and governance activities.
• Refresh Business Impact Assessments and recovery plans.
• Coordinate BCDR testing, exercises and remediation tracking.
• Assist insurance claims administration and renewals.
• Deliver risk and assurance reviews under supervision.
• Prepare governance reports and dashboards for leadership.
