Qualifications

• Experience in financial risk, enterprise risk or external/regulatory reporting in life insurance or financial services.
• Proven ability to coordinate complex reporting and governance processes with clear evidence trails.
• Good written communication and ability to present to Boards and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk reporting outputs for external and regulatory disclosures.
• Coordinate input from Finance, Risk SMEs, Legal and CoSec to ensure consistent outputs.
• Draft and review Board and regulatory reporting material in clear, decision-ready form.
• Support governance planning and resource coordination within Financial Risk Operations.
• Oversee governance process for risk committees, including agenda and paper tracking.
• Maintain oversight of reporting risks and controls with robust evidence.
• Provide constructive challenge and practical insights to senior stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and effective use of technology and AI in reporting.
