Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) seeks a Manager in Group Risk to support the identification, assessment and monitoring of non-financial risks across Corporate Functions. The role acts as a strategic partner to businesses, providing advice and challenge to leadership.

You will enable Enterprise Risk Management framework adoption, develop KRIs/KPIs, and drive risk reporting, governance engagement and remediation actions across the three lines of defence.

Qualifications

• Experience in Non-Financial Risk and controls within corporate functions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across the Group.
• Ability to select and align KRIs, KPIs with risk strategy.
• Ability to challenge KRI/KPI outputs and oversee remediation actions.
• Ability to perform deep-dives and provide insights on key risks.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze and monitor key drivers for non-financial risk in Corporate Functions.
• Enable implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework across coverage areas.
• Develop and promote risk culture and awareness of the ERM framework.
• Oversee control improvement, issue remediation, communication and training.
• Prepare risk insights for committees and coordinate governance reporting.
