Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group is seeking a Group Risk Manager to partner with Corporate Functions and provide second-line oversight for risk management aligned with the Enterprise Risk Management Framework. You will support risk reporting, challenge controls, and collaborate across three lines of defence to embed a strong risk culture.

You will engage with senior leaders, prepare materials for risk committees, and deliver training to partners while driving continuous improvement in risk governance

Qualifications

• Experience in Non-Financial Risk and controls including corporate functions.
• Excellent communication and cross-group collaboration skills.
• Ability to challenge KRIs and KPIs and drive remediation.
• Experience with risk reporting and governance activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee identification, analysis and monitoring of non-financial risk drivers.
• Partner with businesses to provide advice, guidance and challenge.
• Enable the Enterprise Risk Management Framework across divisions.
• Support RCA delivery and remediation actions for risk issues.
• Prepare materials for risk reporting committees and attend meetings.
