Ridge and Partners LLP is seeking a Risk and Opportunity Manager to support the development of risk and opportunity management for internal and external clients. The role focuses on identifying and mitigating risks, realising opportunities, and delivering QRA services (schedule and cost).

The position is national with a hybrid base, combining Ridge office, client site, and home office, in the United Kingdom. You will build governance, lead teams, and contribute to business development.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience working in a risk function.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in risk management or project management preferable.
• Prior experience of working within an integrated PMO preferable.

Responsabilidades

• Develop risk and opportunity registers with title, cause, consequence, ownership, actions.
• Ensure risks, issues, controls and benefits are monitored and reported through suitable processes.
• Undertake quantitative and qualitative risk and opportunity analysis in support of contract and programme management.
• Develop methodologies for scenario modelling and integrate into cost and schedule forecasting.
• Guide and mentor risk practitioners and provide line management where applicable.
• Establish governance processes for risk and opportunity management across the portfolio.
• Support the production and monitoring of integrated baselines for scope, cost and schedule.
• Ensure adherence to the client’s risk process and challenge accordingly.
• Lead and develop direct reports to deliver a professional risk and opportunity service.
• Support business development and sales activity to secure new work and grow relationships.
