Our Mobility business is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Senior Risk Manager to help clients successfully deliver major infrastructure programmes across aviation, rail, highways, ports and transportation.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading risk management on major infrastructure or construction projects.
• Experience with quantitative risk analysis.
• Knowledge of risk management methodologies, governance and assurance frameworks.
• Experience with risk tools: ARM, RiskHive, Primavera Risk Analysis.
• Experience across rail, highways, aviation, ports or other major infrastructure sectors.
• Professional membership with APM or IRM.
• Degree in engineering, project management, risk management or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Direct risk management activities across major infrastructure programmes and projects.
• Develop risk frameworks, governance and assurance strategies.
• Facilitate risk and opportunity workshops with clients and delivery teams.
• Deliver qualitative and quantitative risk analysis (schedule and cost).
• Support teams in identifying mitigation strategies and maximizing opportunities.
• Produce risk reporting and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure risk mitigation plans are embedded in delivery plans.
• Mentor risk professionals and contribute to capability development.
• Collaborate with PMO and planning to integrate risk management.
• Contribute to bids and business development.
