Job summary

Mott MacDonald in the UK is expanding its Risk team within the Advisory and Programme Delivery unit. We are seeking risk management professionals to shape and safeguard complex Construction and Infrastructure projects across Transport, Defence, Water, Buildings and Energy.

You will work as a client-facing consultant embedded in project teams, delivering assurance and value through disciplined risk processes.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing Risk Management processes on complex Construction and Infrastructure projects.
• Ability to facilitate risk workshops and conduct quantitative risk analysis.
• Strong writing and presentation skills for client environments.

Responsibilities

• Undertake assurance reviews of risk deliverables and methodologies.
• Inform development of Business Cases, Investment Decisions, and Appraisals with risk evidence.
• Coach and supervise project staff and share knowledge and expertise.
• Build strong relationships with clients, teams and stakeholders.
• Implement risk management activities to reduce exposure and uncertainty.
