Mott MacDonald is seeking talented risk management professionals to shape and safeguard complex Construction and Infrastructure projects across Transport, Defence, Water, Buildings and Energy. You will assess risk deliverables, support business cases, and embed risk processes within client teams.

The role involves coaching staff, building client relationships, and delivering risk insights using industry tools. Our hybrid work policy supports flexible development and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Essential: implement risk management processes and tools across complex projects.
• Facilitate risk workshops and maintain risk registers.
• Conduct quantitative cost and schedule risk analyses.
• Produce risk reports to inform decision making.
• Incorporate best practice across PMO, cost estimating, and planning.
• Engage with clients and project teams to embed risk management.

Responsibilities

• Undertake assurance reviews of risk deliverables and methodologies.
• Inform business cases, investment decisions and appraisals.
• Embed risk management within client environments.
• Coach and supervise project staff, sharing knowledge.
