Job summary

Mott MacDonald is seeking risk management professionals to shape and safeguard complex Construction and Infrastructure projects across multiple sectors. You will lead risk processes, facilitate workshops, and embed best practices within client teams.

The role focuses on driving risk reduction, delivering robust risk reports, and guiding decision-making through quantitative analyses and governance processes. Hybrid working arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate competency implementing Risk Management processes on complex Construction/Infrastructure projects.
• Facilitate risk workshops and embed risk management into project teams.
• Maintain and review project risk registers and risk profiles.
• Conduct Quantitative Cost and Schedule Risk Analysis techniques.
• Produce risk reports to inform decision making.

Responsibilities

• Undertake assurance reviews of risk deliverables and methodologies.
• Inform development of Business Cases, Investment Decisions and Appraisals.
• Coach and supervise project staff and share knowledge/expertise.
• Build strong relationships with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
• Ensure effective risk management across projects and programmes.
