Job summary

Mace, a leading international construction and consultancy firm, is seeking an experienced Risk Management Leader to steer risk activities on major UK infrastructure programmes. You will manage a diverse team, set risk frameworks, and ensure alignment with client requirements and legal standards.

You will lead the delivery of quantitative risk analyses for cost and schedule, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with hub leadership to optimize resourcing while driving the firm toward net zero

Qualifications

• At least 10 years experience delivering risk management on major construction programmes.
• Degree in risk management, engineering or related field.
• Chartered or equivalent membership of a professional body (APM/IRM).

• Accountable for risk management performance on assigned commissions.
• Create risk management frameworks and strategies.
• Direct clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams on risk matters.
