Job summary

Mace is seeking a risk management professional to join our PMO and Planning centre of excellence, delivering and coordinating risk services across complex construction projects.

You will lead risk frameworks, facilitate workshops, craft risk plans and provide quantitative analysis, while collaborating with engineering, project controls and client teams to ensure safe, compliant delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering risk management across complex construction projects.
• Knowledge of risk tools, techniques and software.
• Strong communication, engagement and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation and delivery of risk services to designated projects within the PMO and Planning centre of excellence.
• Provide guidance on project risk processes.
• Facilitate and deliver risk workshops.
• Identify opportunities and mitigation actions.
• Manage risk plans and monitor updates.
• Deliver quantitative risk analysis and reporting.
• Integrate risk with PMO and planning teams.
• Support junior staff and champion carbon‑reduction commitments.
