Blake Morgan LLP is seeking a senior Risk & Compliance lawyer to lead practical, commercially focused risk advice across the firm. You will report to the Director of Risk & Compliance and manage direct reports while deputising as required.

The role involves advising on SRA principles, ethics, data protection and regulatory change in a hybrid work model. The successful candidate will bring eight+ years of risk and compliance experience in a law firm, strong leadership, and a collaborative

Formación

• More than eight years' experience in Risk and Compliance within a law firm.
• Senior-level experience including leading the Risk and Compliance team or deputising for its leader.
• Strong knowledge of SRA regulations and professional conduct obligations.
• Experience advising on conflicts, confidentiality, disclosure, supervision and ethics.

Responsabilidades

• Provide practical, commercially focused Risk and Compliance advice across the firm.
• Lead or support investigations into misconduct and regulatory breaches.
• Support regulatory audits and management systems (ISO standards).
• Deliver training and supervise day-to-day risk and compliance activities.
