Pembury Legal Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Risk Lawyer to join the Legal & Regulatory Risk team. The role offers exposure to complex risk matters across an international platform and cross-functional projects.

The successful candidate will advise senior partners and fee earners, contribute to policy development, and support training on risk and compliance within a leading global law firm. A hybrid working pattern is offered alongside healthcare benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Strong commercial contract drafting and negotiation experience
• Excellent understanding of regulatory frameworks (SRA regulations, UK GDPR, anti-bribery legislation, market abuse rules)
• Ability to advise senior stakeholders and manage competing priorities
• Experience in internal risk or general counsel function of a City or international law firm
• Excellent communication and judgment

Aufgaben

• Advise on legal, regulatory and professional conduct matters, including sanctions issues and conflicts of interest
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial supplier agreements and client engagements
• Develop and maintain risk management policies, procedures and guidance
• Support data protection compliance, including subject access requests and data breaches
• Deliver risk and compliance training and contribute to cross-functional projects across international offices
• Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels to support commercially sound risk management
