Job summary

EDF (UK) is seeking a Senior Risk Analyst to act as the technical lead for the Delivery Risk team across HPC projects. The role focuses on implementing risk frameworks, governance, and timely reporting of risk and opportunity data. Initial UK duties precede relocation to France to support international EPR2 projects.

You’ll direct workload for Risk Analysts, ensure high‑quality data in ARM and Power BI, and drive risk insights to enable informed decisions across the programme.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering risk and opportunity reporting across complex programmes.
• Ability to lead risk teams and mentor analysts.
• Experience integrating risk with cost, schedule and change processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk management across the Programme/Area and guide the team.
• Maintain Risk and Opportunity data in the ARM system.
• Produce accurate risk reports for Programme Reviews and Board meetings.
• Collaborate with PMO to align schedules and budgets with risk insights.
• Deliver training on risk management tools to the team.
