Job summary

EA Change Ltd. is seeking an experienced Risk Analyst to support enterprise risk management initiatives within a leading financial services organisation.

The role focuses on risk framework development, governance, regulatory reporting and risk assessments with emphasis on climate, geopolitics and people risk. You will develop risk frameworks, maintain risk registers, and produce management reporting for senior management and committees, while supporting ORSA and other regulatory disclosures.

Qualifications

• Experience in Enterprise Risk Management or Operational Risk within the insurance or financial services sector.
• Understanding of risk management frameworks, governance principles and risk appetite frameworks.
• Experience maintaining risk registers, risk data and management information.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements including Solvency II, ORSA, PRA and FCA expectations.
• Experience producing concise management reporting and supporting senior management or committee reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills.
• Experience with Power BI or risk management systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and enhancement of enterprise risk management frameworks, risk taxonomies, risk appetite and policies.
• Develop climate risk assessments, methodologies and reporting, including deliverables aligned with SS5/25.
• Maintain risk registers, monitor risk appetite and support governance reporting.
• Assist with the production of the annual ORSA report and other regulatory risk deliverables and disclosures.
• Produce horizon-scanning updates and thematic analysis for senior management and governance committees.
• Support the development of people and legal risk frameworks and policies.
