Zusammenfassung

Copello is seeking an RF Engineer to design and deliver high-performance RF and mmWave products. You will lead circuit design, simulations, and testing, while collaborating with electronics, mechanical, software and systems teams to ensure manufacturability and alignment with the roadmap.

The role requires hands-on design, validation, and clear documentation of design work and results for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in RF/microwave circuit design and verification.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in high-frequency designs.
• Ability to document designs, plans and results clearly.

Aufgaben

• Lead RF/microwave circuit design, simulation, and development.
• Perform RF system analysis, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Carry out RF measurements, testing, and validation of prototypes.
• Create design reports, test plans, and results documentation.
• Ensure designs meet specifications, standards and customer requirements.
• Contribute to technology and product roadmaps with innovative RF solutions.
• Support RFQs, proposals, and customer engagements with technical input.
